Robert and his team were extremely proficient and pleasant to work with. Robert brought his many years of experience to the table and sold our house in record time. The photographer he uses took amazing photos that really outlined the highlights of our home. Robert also kept us in check and recommended a realistic price point versus overpricing the home like a lot of realtors out there are doing. The communication throughout was excellent and his team made the transition seamless.

Stephanie Paxton was a godsend! After having a tough time selling with other realtors she stepped in and got us to close quickly. She was professional, proactive, and went above and beyond with many extra details, appointments, and minor repairs. She was also very accurate with her advice on list price, time expected on market, and timelines. She coordinated almost everything for us which was huge as we were out of state. Of note, her own family refilled our water softener at the 11th hour and she gave us an extra month of staging without taking compensation. Highly recommend, especially if you are military!
